Ever since I had my daughter, I have wanted to get an American Girl doll for her. The ONE and ONLY thing that ever kept me from getting one was the price tag. I mean, it IS just a toy? Right? How can I rationalize spending over $100 on ONE doll. With NOTHING else extra? I couldn’t.
It’s not that we couldn’t afford getting it, but have you ever seen how most children treat their toys? Not exactly with tender loving care.
